1. Registration and Payment
Advance registration is required for all attendees. Walk-in registrations will not be accepted.
Your spot is not confirmed until full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued over whatsapp, email or SMS
All registration fees are non-transferable without prior notice of at least 3 working days to the organizers.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations after payment will not be entertained.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
3. Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute attendee at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 2 days in advance with the substitute’s name and contact information.
4. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or format as necessary. All efforts will be made to notify registered attendees of any significant changes in advance.
5. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Liability Waiver
By attending the event, you agree to release the Event Organiser and its affiliates from any and all liability for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
7. Photography and Media Consent
By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or other business purposes by the event organizers without further notice or compensation.
8. Privacy Policy
Information collected during registration will be used for the purpose of organizing and managing the event. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the national PDPA Policy.
